Senegal Prostitution Ramadan
In this photo taken in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Sept. 7, 2010, men walk past a young woman loitering at a roadside area known for prostitution, outside a hotel bar in Dakar, Senegal. Ramadan is bad news for sex workers on the streets of Senegal, because observant Muslims wishing to purify their soul and purge sin, do not eat or smoke during the day and during the holy month can only have sex at night with their spouses. Prostitution is legal in Senegal where about 94 percent of the population is Muslim. (AP Photo/Rebecca Blackwell)
