Three dead, 35 injured in Kabul suicide blast

Three people were killed Sunday and another 35 injured in a suicide attack in the Afghan capital, a spokesman for the ministry of public health told AFP.

"Three people are dead, and one of them is a child," said Kargar Norghli.

"And 35 people have been injured," he said.

The blast happened two days before a major conference in Kabul where Afghan officials are expected to plot a course for the war-torn country's future.
